We wanted to celebrate the seasons bright and vibrant bounty. A light and fresh dish composing of fragrant elderflower, sharp gooseberry, delicate yet meaty flavour from a cured line caught seabass, raw breakfast radish brings a peppery earthy flavor, finished with a consommé comprised off all the elements on the dish.
Hand-dived scallop ceviche, radish and lovage 🌱
