We want to thank every single one of our loyal customers that have been coming to us over the past year and a half that we have been open, but unfortunately it's come to that time of the year that we are having to sadly increase our prices.

We have tried our hardest to keep them as low as possible for as long as possible, but with the cost of living, utility bill increases and our suppliers also increasing their prices, we have to make this change to ensure we are still here in another years time.

As some of you know, our assistant manager Meg is sadly leaving us, as she is relocating to be back closer to family. So we are looking for someone to fill her role, also as summer approaches and we get busier we need to expand our team.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
At least 5 years experience in this industry
Barista training is a must.
Driving licence is preferable
Can work well in a busy environment and manage staff accordingly.
Fantastic customer service, engage with them for returned visits. The ability to keep their cool in heated situations.
Knowledge of social media and is happy to help keep things up to date. Eg posting, replying to followers.
Have the appropriate qualifications eg. Health and hygiene, first aid, etc.
Run the business whilst the general manager isn’t present
Ability to train new staff with industry and business standards
Prepare monthly rotas if required.
Has a reasonable understanding of business workings
Ideally has a personal alcohol licence, but general knowledge on alcohol laws is a must
Weekend and school holiday availability is a must
Be able to come up with new ideas regarding stock being sold
Experience in stocktaking and placing orders with suppliers
◾It would be a 45 hour contract. 8.00am - 5.00pm, 5 days a week.
◾Weekend work, bank holidays and school holidays are expected.
◾28 days holiday, and pension scheme included.

FRONT OF HOUSE
◾Barista training preferably. But we are also happy to train you.
◾Experience in this industry is a must.
◾Clear and clean tables and plates.
◾Some knowledge of Till operation.
◾2-3 days a week, competitive hourly rate £10-14 per hour.

PART-TIME CHEF
◾5 years experience minimum
◾Holds all hygiene, HASSP & allergen training certificates
◾Ideally some patisserie/pastry experience but isn't essential
◾Passion for high quality food & service
◾Some knowledge on ordering stock
◾Be able to work alone on quieter shifts
◾Be able to come up with new menu ideas
