We have transformed our acai smoothie bowl into a superfood smoothie 🍌 🥥 🍓 🥒

Made up of coconut milk, açai, mixed berries, banana, and cucumber. It's a tasty blend of creamy, fruity, and refreshing flavours.

This smoothie is not only delicious but loaded with antioxidants! Enjoy the goodness in every sip!

Created by the Japanese company Hario, the V60 offers a stylish alternative method of brewing coffee by hand.

If you like your cup to taste bright, sweet and light in consistency, this may be the method for you.

Not only is it 100% vegan, it is made with zero gluten containing ingredients. We still like to name it ‘very low gluten’ though, since all of our bakes are made in our Bakery 🌱

Our mocha is made using a rich, vegan chocolate base 🍫

Simply add a plant-based milk of your choice to make this a completely vegan, sweet treat!

🌱 We have been sourcing our filter coffees from Cofinet, a family business who specialise in exporting the finest Colombian coffees and have done so for 80 years! They continue to provide us with a collection of micro-lots which we have been showcasing in our shops.

Our latest filter coffee option is grown by Luz Helena Salazar at the farm Maracay. This coffee is a Caturra varietal. The cherries have been fermented for 40 hours anaerobically, and then sun dried to produce a super red fruit-forward, plummy flavour.

We think you’ll really enjoy this as a V60.

You can drink in store or alternatively, purchase a bag of beans to brew at home.

We have a selection of refreshing cold drinks anytime you need to quench your thirst! Choose from our choice of fruit-forward iced teas or lemonades 🍋

Enjoy the collection at all of our stores - sit in or takeaway.

We use the Costa Rican espresso through milk to give your favourite milk based drink a smooth, rich and buttery finish.

Alternatively, if you prefer a hazelnutty, chocolate base, you can try the Guatemalan espresso.

We have a direct relationship with the Aquiares Estate farm in Costa Rica?

This is the farm that works hard to provide us with coffee for all of our milk based drinks!

In March, a few of the team flew out to Costa Rica to visit Aquiares Estate 🇨🇷

Home to one of our house espressos, Aquiares is managed by Diego Robelo and his team, and is known for their efforts towards sustainability!

Aquiares is UTZ certified and is part of an ongoing study which measures the greenhouse gas exchange between the farm plot and the atmosphere. The research found in this project will eventually be able to help coffee farmers estimate the carbon sequestration potential of their farm.

Elinor said “it was great to see how the farm supports a whole community and it felt very welcoming and inclusive”.
Ellie, who also went on the trip, said “I had the pleasure of drinking local coffees brewed with the Vandola, the most traditional method of Costa Rican coffee making”.

Colombia, El Oasis 🇨🇴

From Gaitania, Tolima, this coffee has been grown by Nectario Zuñiga who has been growing coffee since 1982.

Roasted for filter, this Typica varietal has been grown in volcanic soil at an altitude of 1750 - 1800 masl 🪴

Scoring at 88.75 points, we found taste notes of Cherry Bakewell with a zingy mouthfeel.

Guatemala, Finca La Cabana 🇬🇹

From the region of Nueva Santa Rosa, Finca La Cabana is in its fourth generation and operates across 8 hectares. This family farm has received several Anacafe regional awards for washed, honey, and natural processed coffees.

Grown at 1420 - 1600 masl, this is a natural processed Catuai coffee 🪴

Cupping sessions are used to determine the quality of a coffee in its purest form, discover flavour profiles and assess the profile of a roast ☕️

On Tuesday night, a handful of our baristas and shop staff came together to taste four different coffees, including a new coffee of ours.

This experience was a first for many in the group and was a great way to compare different coffees against each other and discover the variety of flavour profiles! 🐐

The Flat White is a drink for those who enjoy a strong coffee taste, while still having the smooth and creamy texture that comes with steamed milk ☕️

This drink is served in a smaller sized cup than the Latte and contains the same coffee content, but with less milk.

For those days when you need something a touch stronger but still creamy 🐐

Over the last couple of weeks, our roastery team have been busy testing out a new coffee ☕️

Meet Somy! 🌱

Known as ‘The Queen of Eggs’, Somy has been working as a chef in our Bridge Street kitchen, serving up beautiful dishes since October of last year 🍳

It always makes her happy to hear when guests compliment the food! Somy loves that everyone looks after each other on shift and work as a team.

Somy is very interested in vegetarian and plant-based cooking and is purchasing vegan-friendly products where she can.

When she visited Jaunty Goat as a customer, she always felt a strong positive energy and she feels that same energy working with us now 🐐

The Long Black is a punchy espresso-based drink ☕️

Similar to the Americano, the Long Black has the same coffee content but with less water as it is served in a smaller cup - leaving you with a drink that has a stronger aroma and taste with more pronounced flavours.

With the Long Black, we pour the espresso over hot water to retain that juicy crema!

For this black espresso coffee option, we use our Costa Rica, Aquiares Estate which is available to order as whole beans or to your specific grind from our web shop 🐐

Raspberry + Pistachio Polenta Cake 🍰

A lightly flavoured raspberry, polenta and almond sponge, topped with a creamy pistachio icing and raspberry crumble.
