Firstly I would like to say a massive, thank you for keeping me so busy. All of your kindness and support means so much to me. With everything being so crazy busy, I just thought I would put a few policies in place.

From the 1st of December, I will be doing out of hours appointments (which is an appointment before 9 am or after 7 pm) for an extra charge of £10 on top of the normal cost of your appointment.

For any no-shows I will still require 100% payment, or for any cancellations made within 24 hours, I will require 50% of the cost of your appointment.
