Don't judge a wine by it's colour! This Primitivo rosè is beautiful. Soft and juicy, like biting into a fresh red cherry. On by the glass now.

Palomino is most commonly used to make sherry. Some clever buggers down in South Africa however have used it to make this gorgeous tangy dry white with notes of jasmine, fennel and a touch of salinity.
