Where did Roy Start: "A long time ago (1977) I left school expecting to be a professional footballer. I joined IBM instead as an impressionable young 16-year-old. I “grew up” working with Computers and Telephony. I’ve helped the industry grow from a Telephone on a desk, to a Contact Centre and have had the pleasure of working with most of the Industry leaders over the past 45 years."

Based in Chester, UK. Lauren’s favourite part of her role is her relationship with Customers:

Fun fact about Lauren: She is a huge car and motorbike enthusiast. Lauren and her dad spend countless hours around cars and motorbikes and often go for motorbike rides on the weekend. So, if you’re heading to North Wales this weekend you might well catch her at one of her favourite spots, the famous Horse Shoe Pass!
