Big Hand Brewery will be taking over our outside area for the day to bring you an great selection of beers (dark & light, session & strong!...).


There will be plenty of beer, games and hopefully some sunshine 😎
We'll be here until the beer runs out!!

Sadly, in 2022 Dave the founder of the brewery passed away. In aid of Nightingale House Hospice, and in Dave's memory, all the proceeds from the takeover will be donated to this wonderful local charity 💜

No tickets required. Bookings inside the pub will be available as usual if you fancy a roast before, during or after!

The Kinnerton Morris Dancers will be with us this evening from 8pm for a bit of stick bashing and bell jangling 🍡🔔

Dog owners and non dog owners welcome, meeting at the pub for 9:30am for a brew before heading out for a loop around the walls and down to the Meadows.

Mental Health Awareness Week

On Tuesday, our landlord, along with many other B&P legends, took on the Secret Snowdonia Eryri Challenge.

A trek of 26 miles with 3000m of ascent, up and down 8 of the highest peaks in Snowdonia!! 🥾⛰️🌲

They started at 3am, and did not stop until they'd completed their challenge at 10pm later that night!!
Well done to everyone that participated 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
