We have this wonderful Ewes milk yogurt in from Carrie dairy.
It’s so fresh, light and lemony and quite divine with fresh fruit or as a savoury dressing for salads. It also comes in a glass jar!! 😂

Toasted sourdough loaf left over bolognaise, topped with a layer of “ Crabtree” which is made in the heart of the Cheshire plain, Malpas!

For the perfect cheese on toast, you need to try “Crabtree”
It’s an Alpine style cheese, made in the heart of the Cheshire plain, by Anne Clayton.

We also used up left over bolognaise to spread on our delicious Sourdough loaf, then topped with the cheese! Few minutes under the grill and it’s done.

Half term fun collecting Cheese from Carrie at Cosyn Cymru, which I am so excited to have in the shop. Always such a pleasure to have a catch up with Carrie and if your ever in the foothills of Eryri, then pop into her shop in Bethesda.

We also had a wonderful if not slightly wet stay at Henbant farm, in the amazing Longhouse. Fresh eggs, gorgeous sausages and bacon and a wild and wonderful place for us all to escape. 🙏
