Full scaffold encapsulation was needed for this project , Urban construction are creating over 50m2 of habitable space with this loft conversion with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

We can now uncover the roof and crack on with no worries about the weather 🌦️

Due to continued expansion we have gas engineer positions available for immediate start.

Work responsibilities will be to carry out maintenance & repair work on boilers and bathrooms.
Installation of new boilers, heat pumps, unvented cylinders, bathrooms.
Carry out full house renovations. Including large scale domestic homes.

requirements:
-ACS gas. (3 years served)
-heat pump installer (desirable & training can be given)
-unvented G3 qualification
-previous bathroom works
-full house installations (desirable)
-full clean driving license

Package:
-full time 40 hours week Monday-Friday
-competitive salaries £28,000-£34,000 (experience dependent) possibilities to earn much higher with overtime and bonus.

Nearing completion on one of our current projects

A whole lot of timber

No matter how much planning and designing goes into a renovation project or new build,things will always be tweaked or changed in the course of the job .

There was going to be some unused loft space ,enough room for a play/games room or even an office .

Getting to the space was not an easy task though as there were no access points , the only point we could get access ,there was 150mm up stand of a steel beam which was part of the frame for the extension which would have give a step over into the room .

We got the structural engineer for the project involved to see if anything could be done ,they come back with a design which involved slicing along the top of the beam ,then a detail to strengthen the beam to cover for the part which had been taken out .

Steel fabricators get to work & the end product is more living space for the client & also a happy client .
