Smooth biscoff buttercream with a Lotus biscoff® crumb and drizzle topping over a soft sugar cookie.

Raspberry & White Chocolate Cookie.

We've mixed white chocolate ganache with our freshly made buttercream and hand piped our signature soft sugar cookie.

Then topped it with fresh raspberries and a freeze dried raspberry crumb.

We've listened to feedback as well and brining back Biscoff this week in Shrewsbury and Chester!

Our signature sugar cookie which is crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, covered in a birthday cake flavoured buttercream and huge sprinkles.

You may have noticed but we've been working away to rebrand our store this beautiful shade of pink!

We are almost ready to launch our handcrafted cookies in our Shrewsbury store and will be opening fully on Wednesday 12th June at 10am.

Mark sure you set your alarms or notifications as it's sure to be busy, with the first 10 customers getting a gold card and the next 100 customers receiving a free chocolate chip cookie.

Keep an eye out this weekend on our socials as we are giving away free mini samples of our candy floss sugar cookies in selected locations around Shrewsbury.

Shrewsbury is still open for takeaway as normal until then and we have a range of over 16 Planet Doughnut flavours for you to try!

When will the cookies launch is the question we're being asked in our stores.

We are really close to launching in our Shrewsbury shop in early June (we should know the date next week) and then followed by Chester and Telford in July.
