Change of plan for this weekend, we will be sticking to the 4 pm open at 11 pm last orders on Sundays, somebody, that’s me, forgot about up-and-coming football. 

Fantastic night at the quiz last night, £60 raised with another £70 donated from our Tuesday dart team who collected the money while playing this last season, as you know all money raised will be going to our local charity, a massive thank you to Sarah who runs the quiz, this is what community pubs are all about. even the cat needed a lay down this morning, if you can spot him. 😸👍🍺

The boss took a walk into town with daughter number one, £400 later of quiz money which was raised over the last two months (thanks Sarah you’ve done an outstanding job) five bin bags full of brand-new clothes will be heading Kids Bank’s way soon, and thanks to the taxi driver from King lab (whoever you are) who donated the £5 fair when he found out what we were doing.
