Its so lovely when trainees take the time to get in touch to say how much they enjoyed our training - well done Sandy!!! - "Just some feedback from yesterday’s training with Sandy. All of us really enjoyed the sessions and it was great as Sandy had so much local knowledge and was able to assist us with things like obtaining LOLER checks quickly etc. We all gained so much valuable knowledge and I do feel the staff will make changes in their personal lives too which will assist them to self care more".

Angela was the most confident, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and patient person; I have met while helping my dad understand his care requirements which are very complex.

Angela takes time while my dad process his needs and is always only a phone call away. Angela has supported us through the last few weeks, which have been very emotional at times for the family and my mum.

You need to mould Angela talents.

I think it's safe to say its been a challenging 2 years, trying to incorporate different methods of delivering training, increased requirements, cancelled courses and pretty much not knowing what's going to be happening from one week to the next, so it's nice to receive this acknowledgement from one of our Local Authority training commissioners: "Many thanks for your amazing support in our programme of delivery. "

It must be , this time in respect of Gareth following our 2 day reablement course "I would like to express how useful and current the course was. The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and could explain his teaching from the perspective of the service individual, the NHS, local authority, plus was able to relate with attendees of the course. He used his experience in medical matters, practical matters, external pressures and challenging cases to illustrate the learning in context. I speak for myself and my colleague, in saying that the two days were very insightful and have given me a different view of our ways of working. We are always seeking improvements as a team and I feel this course gave the right kind of energy to motivate positive change.

In future I would like to see all of the reablement team attending this course as part of their induction process

It was a very good course indeed and an absolute must for our team. I am going to encourage the staff to search the available dates and get booked on. I must admit it is quite rare for myself/staff to ‘enjoy’ training, so this feedback was very necessary!".
