Getting damp inside, new air bricks, building has been pointed badly with strong sand and cement which is wrong!!! Repointing with lime, got to let the building breathe 👷‍♂️

Replaced old fence with a nice new wall, also taken down and rebuilt the smaller wall. Cut the blue engineering bricks down to finish the path with them! 🧱🧱🧱

Customer is moving house so just wanted a cheaper option than a new slate roof, not a drop came in at the weekend after all that rain, another good job and happy customer 🙏

Before and after of my latest repointing job! Raked out and repointed with lime mortar, the bricks are really abrasive and show up any mortar on them! Overall I think it's a fantastic job and the customer is over the moon. Also painted the fascia boards and soffit boards while I was there.

Rake out and repoint using lime mortar, waterproofed and all engineering bricks oiled for decoration. 👷‍♂️🧱🧱🧱

Chimney, remove the top cement, remove pot, and rotten slate that it was bedded on, cut and bed new slate, bed new pot, new cement on the top, some render patching, then a few coats with masonry paint, good as new 👍

Blockwork was already in place, I've just layed the bricks 🧱🧱🧱🧱

Absolutely massive patio, near 250m2 🤯

•Started by pressure washing the complete patio
•lifted all of the slabs and cleaned the cement off.
•added 4 inch of mot
•relayed the slabs on a full bed of sand and cement.
•pointed with sand and cement.

Could of done with better weather for this job, however, everyone is pleased, please get in touch if you are in need of a bricklayer, garden walls built or repaired, windows/doors bricked up or moved, all sorts if it involves a brick I can sort it 🤣🤣🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱
