It's been a busy old summer!
Plenty of successful Planning Applications, Planning Appeals & interesting Building Regulation projects on houses, barns, listed buildings, offices, verandas, holiday lets, swimming pools etc etc. However, in interesting times of change with ever increasing regulations & legislation it has been particularly rewarding to save clients from costly disputes with builders, advise on sensible energy & environmental solutions and always pleased to make the planners see common sense!!!

Its been a while since the last post but plenty of projects keeping us busy. Just time to briefly reflect on the 10 year anniversary of SAKdesign today!

The Council has been notified of planning application 21/02746/FUL to create a single storey front and first floor front and side extensions, plus demolition and replacement of garage/outbuildings at Bridge Cottage, Lowcross Lane, Tilston.
The deadline to comment to CW&C is the 16th August 2021.
