The aim is to make towns places where people and businesses want to invest, creating new jobs and breathing new life into our high streets and town centres.

Proposals will be developed by local people for local people: bringing together residents, business, and community leaders to devise and agree a shared vision for the future!

Among them was Harry, the grandfather of our Director Richard’s wife, who bravely fought on Sword Beach and made his way to Caen. It was there, after a harrowing encounter with a Tiger Tank, that he was sent back home, where he met and later married the love of his life, Nora.

Harry only spoke of his experiences much later in life, and now that he's no longer with us, it’s a poignant reminder of the vital lessons history teaches us. Let's honour his memory and the countless others who served, ensuring we never forget their sacrifice.

Our Founder and Managing Director Roy Cutt has just passed George Glazebrook our apprentice his Certificate confirming his Distinction at Level 2, Housing and Property Management!

We also found out this morning that George’s Training Providers, Learn Plus Us, have awarded him Learner of the Month for February!


“George achieved a distinction in his apprenticeship. He worked very hard on his case study and absolutely took on board all guidance, pushing himself to excel during busy work periods. As well as the distinction grade, the comments from the assessor were a pleasure to read and showed how much work George had put into his studies. George admits to being more of a worker/doer than a studier. That said, he pushed himself to ensure that all necessary work was submitted to a very high standard. George was a pleasure to coach and guide through the EPA process.”

Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2024!

George Glazebrook, who has been undertaking a Level 2 Housing and Property Management apprenticeship with us, has achieved the highest grade possible on his Level 2 course!

George commented: “I love working for Roy Peters Estates in Chesterfield, being in the industry at a young age is great as I’m always learning and gaining new skills. Surrounding myself with people who have lots of experience and knowledge within the industry is also extremely important to me as I would have not had these same opportunities within a classroom.

I have just completed level 2 apprenticeship and was delighted that I achieved a distinction grade across all three elements of the examination, which was extremely rewarding as I had put a lot of hard work into the apprenticeship overall”.
