This weekend you'll find my stall Tissington Craft Fairs alongside a fabulous selection of artisan makers.

Tissington is an idyllic village in the heart of the Peak District National Park only a five minute drive from Ashbourne town centre. Enjoy a stroll and take in the tranquil surroundings and why not pop into the traditional tearoom for a treat before visiting the other independent small businesses around the village.

As you all know we wrap our soaps in flower seeded paper. We planted some of the offcuts back in the spring and they're all starting to flower, every day there is something new to look at. Hope you've all managed to plant your soap wrappers and that you're starting to see the wonderful flowers that grow 💚🌸🌺🌷

It looks like it’s going to be scorchio tomorrow, great for a wonder around bakewell and to pop in and see all the great makers and crafters. See you there 💚

Our next craft fair is in beautiful Bakewell, not only is it famous for it's delicious Bakewell puddings and tarts, it's also the biggest town in the Peak District National Park, with wonderful walks and places to eat, it's got a really lovely atmosphere.

So, why not take a trip out to see beautiful Bakewell and come and see us all at the same time ☺️, we'll be in the agricultural centre on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd June along with lots of other talented makers and crafters.

Unfortunately Saturdays Artisan Market at Bolsover has been cancelled, this is due to the high winds that have been forecast. The markets run the first Saturday of each month, and we’ll be back there in a few months time 💚

Due to the 40 plus mph winds forecast for Saturday, we have taken the very hard decision to cancel this Saturday's Artisan Market.

We have spoken to the majority of traders, whom insurance won't cover them for winds of this speed.

This is very frustrating as it is the first one of the season and we were all looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the town.

We'll see you at the next one on the 4th May, when hopefully the weather will be a little kinder.
