I am happy to announce that I am now qualified in
💫WARM EASTERN BAMBOO MASSAGE💫

Originating in East Asia, this wonderful therapy is great to have if you like deep tissue work. It will leave you feeling energised and relaxed due to the warmth from the bamboo sticks. The massage is a soothing treatment though effective at working on tight and sore muscles. Different bamboo sticks are used to allow for a deep and precise massage, relieving aches and tightness.

Benefits of Warm Bamboo massage are:

💜Eases muscle tension
💚Promotes relaxation
💜Improves circulation
💚Helps reduce pain in ligaments and joints
💜Aids in lymphatic drainage
