Memorial cake 🌹🕊

A 10" lemon cake filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd, then covered with fondant icing and decorated with an edible photo print and handmade sugarpaste roses.

Still my favourite cake I've made 🍔🥞🍕

This was the first cake I made when I decided to take cake decorating more seriously, almost two years ago.

It was technically a three tier cake, but the bottom two tiers - the KFC bucket and the stack of pancakes - were decorated polystyrene dummies. The only real cake here was the giant burger on top, which was made from vanilla cake and chocolate brownie.

The fried chicken was also made from brownie, which I shaped then dipped in melted chocolate and crushed cornflakes. The fries were vanilla sugar cookies. And the corn cobs were actually cake pops, covered with fondant. 🌽🍟🍗

It was all decorated with fondant then finished with hand painted and glazed details. And the pizza slice on top was also hand made from fondant. 🍕

I'd love to make some more epic birthday cakes like this one day 🤩

21st Birthday Cake 🎂🩷

6", 4 layer red velvet cake, filled and covered with white chocolate flavoured buttercream, and decorated with Kinder chocolates. Finished with rose gold acrylic name and age charms and rose gold painted details. ✨️🍫

A DIY birthday cake with a surprise inside! ➡️🎨🌈

This is a 6" cake made with 6 layers of rainbow coloured vanilla sponge, filled and covered with whipped vanilla frosting. It's then wrapped in an edible print, and decorated with a colourful white chocolate ganache drip, handmade fondant 'crayons', and rainbow sprinkles. 🌈
