Salary range: Β£42,000 β Β£45,000 (negotiable dependent upon experience)
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Country Director to lead ARC in England, reporting into a Board of Trustees (Non-Executive Directors) the post holder will have experience as an Executive Leader/Director, ideally have knowledge of the Adult Social Care Sector and be responsible for the daily management and operations of the organisation.
The Association for Real Change is a UK-wide umbrella body representing service providers and people who use services in the learning disability sector with offices in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our purpose is to improve the quality of life for people with learning disabilities by supporting anyone who is involved in the planning or delivery of support services.
You will be motivated, forward thinking and have high-level communication and influencing skills, strategic vision and the drive to deliver its commitment to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and/or autism. To do this successfully, the ability to build key relationships with providers, government departments and key stakeholders is critical.
