A great week from the team on our latest project- A large rear kitchen extension and 4 bed attic conversion.

Old dilapidated kitchen extension and conservatory demolished, site cleared, new foundations excavated and concreted and walls built round to dpc.

Well done to Sam our apprentice on completing his apprenticeship.
As im sure anyone we have worked for will agree hes a great lad, polite and hard working.

Myself, Richard and Liam would like to remind him hes still the firms number 1 tea masher though 🤪

Front porch, rear utility extension, garage roof turned 90 degrees to run through with the house and a complete re-roof.
(Garage door and landscaping to be completed)

Start of a new site in Alfreton.
Site cleared, 35 ton excavated and carted away, building control inspection and concreted in under 2 days🏠

Lower roof structure completed at Ashover on what used to be the garage.
Trusses removed and a hand cut roof installed to give full height vaulted ceilings on what will now become a Gym

41 trusses then the rest hand cut with 4 dormers.

All new on the back elevation and reclaimed on the front that we have salvaged from other parts of the existing house.

First floor joists going in at Ashover, this is not even half of them. The area either side and in-between the steels is just one huge master suite and below a huge kitchen/diner

Just a watertight shell on this one.
Reclaimed bricks off the gable end re-used on the front and back 🏠
