Combine your home working and/or home schooling with midweek breaks at a highly rated seaside resort in West Sussex https://cove.co.uk/sealbayresort/ . Up to 6 people and maximum of 2 pets are able to stay from as little as £189 Monday to Friday (4 Nights) during off peak season only, price does not include leisure passes but these can be purchased from the site if required.

We have a 2022 6 berth 2 Bedroom Caravan available to rent for midweek only during off peak season only from 13th March 2023 till 2nd January 2024. Free unlimited Wi-Fi, 32 inch TV and the luxury of your home all in one place, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. All gas and electric included too, so save on your home bills.

You are a 3 to 4 minutes walk away from the beech and not forgetting the onsite leisure facilities, no more than 5 minutes walk, which you can enjoy by purchasing a weekly pass from the site itself, gym, bars, restaurants, indoor pool etc, these are subject to being opened at the time of your stay, so please check first.

Weekend stay can be added to either side of the midweek but this will be at an additional cost. Maximum continuous stay is 2 weeks on site, regular stays can be discussed.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, the balance and a £75 Refundable deposit (Refunded within 2 days of leaving and once checks completed by Caravan Management team) Damage/Breakage is payable 10 days before arrival . If you book with less than 10 days to your arrival date then the full amount is payable on booking.

Additional Information
You will be required to take own bed lining for two double beds and two singles (Depending on number staying. Maximum is 6 people) Pillows and quilts are provided. Own Towels required. On departure you will be required to dispose of rubbish in the large bins supplied close to the Caravan and ensure all belongings are removed.
Adults (over the age of 16) and children under the age of 16 require admission passes for access to the site and facilities, which have to be purchased on arrival at the site, as prices vary throughout the season. These are paid separately to the site and an approximate price will be provided at the time of booking.

At the Time of Booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required paid by bank transfer and the remaining balance paid in full no later than 10 days before arrival.

Please note a £75 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time of paying the full balance of the holiday.

The Check-in Time is from 16:00 pm on day of arrival and check out for 10:00 am on day of departure
