Our Chefs Dessert Bar is an upgrade on your dessert service. The bar includes a selection of four delicious desserts, created by our talented pastry chefs in front of your guests’ eyes, in our outside kitchen. 😍

Roots Elderflower …

Here at Southend Barns we use our homemade elderflower throughout our bars in our elderflower spritz and non alcoholic mocktails.

In the kitchen we use it to make jelly and flavour our vanilla cream for the deconstructed summer Pavlova. It also works so well in our raspberry and elderflower cheesecake!!

Last but not least it makes a lovely drink for the roots chefs… served with sparkling water, lime and mint!
