With two new additions just in time for summer, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

• Good ‘Old Fashioned’ Lover Boy •

This cocktail is our take on a classic old fashioned. With notes of cherry and an orange aroma this sophisticated classic is a perfect choice to compliment a divine meal in our restaurant, or even just to relax in the sun in our beautiful garden.

• Deep Purple •

This beautiful cocktail is our most refreshing option, perfect for the sunshine we’ve been receiving! Made using house infused blueberry rum and blueberry syrup with a splash of lemonade - you can easily drink a couple of these without realising the alcohol content! Delicious and refreshing, the perfect choice.

• Pink Floyd •

This beautiful cocktail is our take on a rhubarb gin sour. This delicious well- balanced cocktail is the perfect all round drink rain or shine.
…A couple of these will make you comfortably numb!

• CORONATION SPECIAL •

London’s calling… our royal blue martini is now available this weekend in celebration of the Kings coronation!
A spin on a classic martini using elderflower and orange liquors for a refreshing kick

On Saturday the ‘Kings Dish’ will also be available- Confit duck leg with wild mushrooms and wild garlic risotto and a cheesy egg bake (curried spinach-cream cheese-cherry tomatoes-egg-cheese sauce-topped with cheese)

If you want to celebrate this historic day in style we recommend you come and try our specialty dish and cocktail to lavish in some of the king’s favourite food and drinks

This Saturday The George will be open from 3pm due to the coronation, sorry for any inconvenience!

It’s that time of the year again where the beautiful bluebells have come out! We recommend the ‘George walk’ which takes you to see a carpet of vibrant bluebells. Don’t forget to return for a refreshing pint of bluebell to commemorate a beautiful walk!

We may not be able to change the cold weather, however we can offer a delicious hot drink alongside a toasty fire!

It’s British pie week! Take a look at todays pie, steak mushroom & pink peppercorn sauce. Come celebrate with a proper pie made fresh daily!
