Just incase you haven't thought of it, nows the time to start drying your culinary herbs. I like to hang them outside on fine days, so any creatures have time to move out, before finding a nice cool dry place to hang them inside to use in winter.😄

After a dodgy start! Lots of you came and spoke to us about losing your sweetpeas at the beginning of the year, mine looked ghastly when I first planted them, but they have more than pulled through. As my lovely Mum in law used to say "the more you pick, the more you get" I know she's smiling somewhere when I say that to myself. And she's right, I am cutting large bunches every other day the house smells lovely. I hope you are too.😘
