We have 3 departments recruiting to please state which area you would like to be considered for.
Experience at supervisor level for at least 1 year in the relevant field is essential.
The successful candidate will have a passion for F&B and be able to manage a team of employees to open and close a department.
Both Full Time and Part Time Hours.

We are recruiting for someone who is passionate about food. This is first and foremost for us at Caper & Berry.
The role is to produce the very best products for our cafes at Chichester Festival Theatre.
Including:
- Sandwiches
- Cakes
- Toasties
- Soups
- Salads
& Anything else which is exciting.
You will be happy working on your own and as part of the kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and food prep in a cafe / kitchen. environment.
This is a position where you can have fun making great produce for our guests.
Shifts time can be flexible: around the hours 7-3pm. 5 days a week.

The basic wage depends on age with the Addition of holiday & service charge, in the Summer it was up to £15 an hr. however it depends on how busy we are.

Caper & Berry have provided excellent catering for Chichester Festival Theatre since 2014. We are dedicated to serving freshly produced food and drink wherever possible from local and regional suppliers, and our specialist team are experienced in providing efficient and professional service. We are working together to reduce waste, plastics and energy consumption in order to make a smaller impact on our environment.
Caper & Berry have also created a mini season of entertaining evenings and gin-tastic get-togethers over the next few months; we hope you can join us!
