We still have a few spaces left for our next supper club, 'Glorious Game' on Monday 30th October.

As the name might suggest, the menu showcases venison from our sister farm in Staffordshire, one of the largest red deer herd to be raised on an organic forage-based diet in ancient parkland. Other key ingredients will include grouse, rabbit and blackberries, watercress, red cabbage and juniper.

Each supper club will mark the launch of a new tasting menu, which this year have been split into six themes, showcasing some of the core principles that guide our menu development and ingredient sourcing at The Wild Rabbit.

Pickles & Preserves will celebrate the art of preserving heritage varieties of fruits and vegetables alongside cured meats and fish, ensuring nothing goes to waste and is saved when in its prime.

Shout out to our very festive looking Housekeeping team who are busy overseeing all of our stays over the festive period. Go team 🎄

We’ve been blown away by the response to our x supper club which only went out to both our newsletter subscribers yesterday and has already sold out. Thank you so much!

Together we’ll be hosting a seasonal six-course tasting menu on Monday 27th February in The Wild Rabbit Dining Room. Chef Director Tommy Banks and Head Chef Callum Leslie join The Wild Rabbit’s Executive Chef Sam Bowser and Head Chef Kathryn Law.

We are so pleased to have retained our 3 AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence for another year under Executive Chef Sam Bowser and Head Chef Kathryn Law. A huge well done to the entire team for all their hard work and this well deserved accolade 🍽

Congratulations to our Bar & Restaurant team for being selected from over a thousand entrants from all over the country and achieving the AA Notable Wine List award.

Our team has hand-picked more than 300 wines from specialist artisan and small independent vineyards, many of them family owned wineries.

Our teams are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts and condolences are with the Royal Family at this time of mourning.

There's a new Dining Room special on the menu this weekend - Roast grouse served with celeriac purée, creamed hispi cabbage, roasted figs and game chips. Heather honey brings a natural sweetness to the dish, and is Executive Chef Sam Bowser's nod to the moorland provenance of our Yorkshire sourced birds🍴

The Lighting of the Beacon

Join us at our Cotswolds farm on Thursday evening as we kick off our celebrations with the lighting of the beacon. We'll have drinks and a DJ in the Fountain Courtyard, and food from the shepherds hut from 7pm-10.30pm. Before we gather for the ceremonious lighting of the beacon at 9.45pm in the Dairy Paddock.

We’re excited to introduce two new additions to our self-catering Kingham village cottages this week.

First up is Fowler’s House, which is now the largest house in our offering, sleeping up to eight adults and four children, with a spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two generous living spaces.

Our in-house team of architects have sympathetically restored the house to celebrate the original framework, using restored and reclaimed timber beams and exposing the original Cotswold stone walls.
