Last weekends Croquembouche for a wedding held at the lovely Congratulations to the happy couple.
We love making Croquembouches. We build them as they should be, hollow inside, we do not build around a cone. This allows for the traditional cutting by chopping the top off with a sword ( if you'd like 😁).
