After a 5 months Covid/ fractured tooth/winter hibernation it was time to dust off the cobwebs and take my best friend Mumble to a show! 🐧 🚛 💨
We ventured to Solihull near Birmingham, where I rode my very first show in the UK on Teddy 7 years ago. Good to have stepped up some levels since then! 🪜
Mumble was on flying form and we scored 70.5% for a win in the Intermediaire 2 class (not many entries but thrilled with the score). I came out thinking that was actually pretty good, with some things we can do even better next time 🤩
Since moving yards and not having a surfaced arena at home I was worried it may negatively impact our performances, but so far it seems quite the opposite has happened. We still drive to the a school 1-2 times a week, but all the additional hacking, hills, and polework really seems to have made Mumble loads fitter and more relaxed 😌

We are delighted to announce that CPPC has launched a second club membership initiative.
This initiative allows us to offer our inclusive membership to the club to a wider audience. Members at Cirencester this season will enjoy our new and improved facilities and fields. These include, new irrigation equipment, new bathrooms and showers, a fully renovated and refurbished clubhouse, a new Head Office on site for the CPPC team to be based in 7 days a week, the clubhouse bar will be open 7 days a week and will offer members the option of ‘hot desking’ and using the superfast broadband on site, new gardens and decking areas and much more. All in all the club experience for members has been completely overhauled and we are looking forward to a super season like no other! Ivy Lodge Clubhouse Garden will be opening on Monday 12th April. We will be open 7 days a week from 10 am. Hot and Cold food will be available as well as a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Can’t wait to see you all and welcome you back to our club in .

Chukkas at La Esperanza today. Lots of Uk players have joined us for these 2 weeks and 14 teams in the Christmas tournament .Come out and join us enjoy some sun ,polo and top class coaching. We have over 200 ponies in work so a good time to come and try out some new ponies

Membership of the CPA is designed to provide players with an introduction to Cirencester Park Polo Club (CPPC). It bridges the gap between instructional polo and fully competitive tournament polo, enabling you to play, or progress to, Club matches and chukkas.
Take part in Club Chukkas and Matches, Instructional Chukkas, Polo Training Days, CPA Tournaments, Polo Experiences, Umpire Seminars and Coaching with Martin ffrench Blake, all in the beautiful surroundings of Cirencester Park. CPA is also fully licensed and insured. Our Riding Establishment Licence No is: C/18/00344/ARIDE and we are also proud to be a member of The Association of Polo Schools and Pony Hirers (APSPH)
