Congratulations to Carolina our new Assistant General Manager at the restaurant.
Joining us earlier in the year as a member of our front of house team, she’s open minded, hardworking and always willing to help both customers and staff. Her patience and friendly demeanour have been essential at helping our newest trainees joining the FOH and kitchen teams.
The ultimate team player, she will always go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy too.
She’s also our undisputed Queen of coffee!
To celebrate the cooler temperatures and new season, we are offering you lucky things a delicious cardamom cream doughnut and coffee for just £5.
From 11am-3pm each day, you can pop in for a little pick me up Tues-Sat and get cosy with us!
*note £5 is for take away only, any eat in coffee and drink is subject to service charge, which goes directly to our wonderful staff.
It's less than three months until the end of 2021. Hard to believe but true.⠀
Starting from November, we'll be serving a Christmas menu with a difference: the traditional seasonal flavours you'd expect, with our signature Lebanese twist. ⠀
Some of our favourites include arak-cured salmon, seared beef carpaccio with pomegranate, braised garlic greens with preserved lemons, and of course, turkish delight.⠀
⠀
The other big difference is that every meal supports our 200-hour training programme, helping Londoners who've been affected by homelessness to save for a deposit for a home, all while learning new skills in our restaurant and catering business and working 1:1 with our team to set goals for the future. ⠀

We like our food to be fresh and exciting for you on a daily basis, using only the best seasonal produce, our menu changes frequently thanks to our talented chefs.
Over the next few days you can enjoy:
Sambousek ~ akawwi & cheddar cheeses, fresh mint and parsley wrapped in pastry and fried until crispy and golden.
Kibbeh ~ a spiced lamb and bulgar wheat dumpling, served on our signature creamy hummus.
Batata harra ~ the spiciest potatoes in Pimlico.
Available until we run out, so booking is advised as we wouldn’t want you to miss out. Link in bio.
We are committed to having an ever changing menu of fresh seasonal produce all year round.
One of our newest additions s this smoky lentils with whipped feta and fried lemons plate. And yes, those fried lemons pack a zingy little punch complimenting the salty cheese and rustic flavour of the lentils.
Possibly our dish of the month, but we’re only a week in so let’s see …
Todays main attraction is our spinach and feta borek with seasoned yoghurt, this is made by layering sheets of phyllo pastry with spinach and feta.
This dish is vegetarian, which makes it a great dish for our plant based followers. It’s only on the menu today so if you like what you see head to the restaurant this eve to enjoy it before it’s gone.
Book via the link in our bio.
It’s World Vegetarian Day and we’re celebrating all weekend with hummus, flatbread and of course halloumi fries dipped in pomegranate toum.
Not to mention aubergine maghmour, lebanese chopped salad, smoky lentils oh the list goes on, you’ll have to just pop down and see for yourself.
This weeks specials feature not one but two popular dishes for all the lamb enthusiasts amongst you.
First up is the Middle Eastern staple Lamb Kibbeh, a form of the Arabic word 'kubbah' which means ball. Our croquettes are a flavorful blend of fragrant herbs and spices, lamb and bulgar wheat
Alongside this is our Lamb borek a beguiling dish of spiced minced lamb in crispy filo pastry swirl. The perfect dish to share amongst friends.
Catch both of these dishes on our specials menu until Saturday.
Just a heads up to let all know that we’ve changed our opening times to the following:
Tuesday - Saturday 10:30~21:30
Monday & Sunday closed
There’s available across the week for bookings, just hit the link in our bio to grab yourself a table.
One of the most exciting things about opening the restaurant has been the ability to recruit more trainees on to the programme and give them regular shifts to complete their 200hrs.
Joining the ranks of trainees completing the programme in 2020, is the amazing Makbule.
Equal parts hard working and fun we’re so sad to see her go. She was particularly strong in the kitchen, and was basically a chef for some shifts.
Please join us in wishing her all the best for the future, we can’t wait to find out what she does next.
Tonight we have Arak cured salmon with celeriac and kohlrabi on our specials menu. This one is limited so enjoy it whilst you can.
Former trainee Shafik graces the cover of the latest issue of Victoria magazine. If you’re local check out their article about us!
And relax.
We’ve got slow cooked peppers with muscatel vinegar and sardines on our specials menu from today.
Join us in welcoming Sylvie to our front of house team. She manages to put a smile on everyones face, makes a fabulous coffee and is the queen of a super smooth service.
In the words of her Manager ‘She is a dream!’
Baba ghanoush with kobez crisp breads on the specials menu tonight.
