After much deliberation, we have made the decision to close our Coalville kitchen in

🙌Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for all of your support in the six months we’ve been open. Far too many to tag and thank individually, but please know we are grateful to you all 🙌

😍We have had an amazing 6 months. A really amazing 6 months.

We opened our venture as a daytime eatery in Newmarket. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough footfall in the town or Newmarket during the day to sustain our business that way. We opened in the evening and business went crazy!

We had sell outs, drivers and us running around like headless chickens, amazing feedback and the best few months. It’s been great!

Unfortunately, becoming a nighttime takeaway was never part of the plan. We had to pivot to make the business viable.

If you’ve eaten in with us, you know we are about personal service, telling you the story behind our food and people enjoying the whole Misto’s experience. We just can’t deliver that as a take away.

New things are coming. And we are working on ways to keep our hummus and falafel available in the local area.

As a very good friend put it this weekend…

This is not the beginning of the end. It’s the end of the beginning.

🙌We have had our busiest weekend ever!

Thank you so much to everyone for all of the orders, we really appreciated it & the Cutest Executive Officer is happy, because we didn't sell out! 🐶

🙌We absolutely couldn't have delivered what we did this weekend, or be where we are in our journey without the help and support of Gav & Zara and Lucy

We had loads of help, on this journey and we are grateful to everyone. Gav and Zara, have been amazing to us from the very beginning. They're the reason we found Newmarket (a story for another day) and they're a huge part of our sucess. Nothing, literally nothing is too much trouble for them. We have never met anyone who works harder or tries to help as much as these two. They even look after and the CEO 🐶 sometimes! Thank you both, we are really, really grateful for every tip, recommendation, coffee, use of Gav's muscles and of course the occasional brownie. 🙊🍫

🦸‍♀️Lucy, is the and local Coalville Body Shop Lady/Mum to the lovely Evie/Biggest Newmarket advocate and basically help to anyone she can. Lucy offered to help us with deliveries and races your tasty food in the, as she calls it 'Roller Skate' 🛼as many times as she needs to a night. She helps in the kitchen, keeps Victoria's business idea's in check, tells anyone who will listen how great the new Lebanese in Newmarket is and is the BIGGEST advocate of Misto's. Sometimes, she's more passionate about what we do than we are! Thank you Luc, we had our biggest day ever yesterday, and it wouldn't of been possible without you.

🙌We were better prepared to serve more of you than ever and didn’t sell out…the CEO is happy 🐶

🎾New balls please! We filled our in store Tub with well over 100 balls meaning over 100 meals will be donated to Coalville Foodbank so far for March!

🚘Our delivery service was a success thanks to the amazing support of our team and friends 🙌

👨🏼‍🎤🧑🏼‍🎤We fed the Team at Larpcon and saw some amazing costumes

🎨We had our amazing new artwork and new signs installed

🏅We launched our new loyalty scheme in store with Hex and NWLDC

🐶Our CEO - Cutest Executive Officer, Clicquot has called a board meeting to find out why we sold out, twice this weekend!

🙈We really don’t like disappointing you guys, there’s nothing worse than someone calling to order and us having to say there’s no food left.

🌯This weekend, with foodie Friday , payday and other events, it was non stop in the kitchen. Even our butcher sold out!

The CEO 🐶, and us are coming up with a plan tonight (fuelled by ) to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
