We would like you to meet the latest recuit for Dedham vale. We welcome Andy …….. Andy’s background is in car mechanics for a large commercial company. He wanted a change from nuts and bolts to hammer and nails. So we snapped him up and have given him to the chance to learn and grow with the company. We look forward to you working with us here at Dvbs.👷🏼‍♂️👏

Building something out of nothing is definitely something worth celebrating. This is what a young Kieron believed in from a young age and has thrived in his whole life 🏡 👷🏼‍♂️

The lads getting on well at this single story extension with new orangery in leigh on sea. Deep footings at 2.4m made the groundworks fun but nothing we can’t handle here at Dvbs. The Block and beam being delivered this week ahead of programme by 1 week then we start to build again.

Ricky Murison
Project Manager

Ricky has been an Integral part of DVBS for the last three years and has been working in construction for over 10.

Ricky has a wealth of experience in manging projects, clients, and operatives which he has demonstrated when running his own £1 million turnover tiling business. His strengths lie in his versatility - alongside tiling he worked as an industrial roofer working on prestigious projects all over the country, most notably the retractable roofs at Wimbledon!

Ricky is passionate about construction and always gets a buzz from seeing projects develop from inception through to completion. He is a proud member of our team and will be key to our growth strategy over the next few years.

Brian Shaw
Senior Project Manager

Brian has over 20 years’ experience working in construction. The majority of that has been for large scale contracting firms on projects over £100 million in value.

Brain began his career as a Site Engineer for SEH Ipswich Civil Engineering, quickly working his way up through the ranks. He worked as a Site Manager for Wilmot Dixon on projects such as the James Hehir Building on Ipswich Waterfront, and later moved to Kier acting as a Project Manager playing his part in the mammoth task of constructing the STEM building on the Colchester University campus.

Domenic Sobrino
Commercial Director

Dominic’s first experiences of the construction industry were gained via a high school work experience placement at an Architectural Practice and spending his gap year between sixth form and university working on sites.
On completion of his bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Dominic went into office life but decided that a career in construction was his calling. After years of hard work, he graduated with a master’s degree and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor.

For the 6 years prior to joining DVBS, Dominic worked for the construction firm Knight Harwood in the West End of London where he came into his own, delivering commercial and residential projects up to £70 million in value.

After the birth of his son, Dominic and his family decided to move back to Suffolk and he jumped at the chance to build a construction business based on the foundations for transparency and trust with his childhood best friend, Kieron Teeder.

Kieron is an old school entrepreneur, a true self-made success story. He lives and breathes construction. Starting off as a carpenter at 16 years old, he learned invaluable skills and experience and by 19, he was flying solo and already putting up single and double story extensions. From this point on he went from strength to strength and by 24, his company's turnover was over a million pounds.

In 2018, Kieron founded Dedham Vale Business Services to deliver high end residential renovations and development projects across East Anglia. The business grew strongly in the first two years, and in 2021, Kieron invited his childhood best friend and right-hand man, Dominic Sobrino to help with the commercial side of the business.

Exciting News, We have just achieved our practical completion for Century House, in Ipswich. This was transformed from a the former office block to 17 brand new high flats. First redevelopment of these, with hopefully many more to come! #

Lets hope that this week we continue at the current pace, and not at our mate the Tortoise pace. He kindly showed up on site to be nosey and see what the noise was all about (without any H & S gear I must add)

DVBS are proud to announce the first of two exciting projects. The purchase of Hunters Chase, Ardleigh, Colchester, Essex, CO7. We will be developing the existing house and then a further 2 plots consisting of 2 four bedroom houses of which will be for sale in 12 months.

Coming on nicely here and all going to plan at Arundel House, Dovercourt, Essex
