When homewise gets a review and you know the hard work and effort pays off.

It's hard to believe that this patio is only 3 years old and at the request of callbacks to fix the issues the customer was left with this horrendous mess.
90% of this patio failed by bad workmanship and poor preparation.
We had no choice but to pull it up and start again with the addition of an extra area, we added a new drainage system all round and a more compact base with matching buff blend Indian sandstone to finish.
A much more happier customer and the guarantee and advise when needed.

Small paved pathway and drainage to clear the excess water, also cut back that render and black jacked upto damp.

This project was most definitely the worse we've seen at homewise, removal of the tiled front and again another home with zero insulation, once stripped all we could see was the plaster board backing from the bedroom and bathroom, cables and electric sockets all exposed to the cold damp winters, we could see under the upstairs floor, the customer said her daughter was freezing every winter.
We fully Insulated and covered with a membrane then grey slate cladding to finish.
Hopefully a warmer upstairs and cheaper heating bills through the winter months.

Out with that horrible white plastic and now a much improved modern looking home.

More hidden horrors, damp cold walls from badly built homes, single block work no cavity no insulation behind those horrid looking tiles.
We at homewise have seen this many times now so we fully insulate with A1 fire rated materials then breather membrane and midnight blue cladding to finish..much happier customer and a much needed modern looking makeover..
