This is a little update on how the project we have recently started on Gosfield is taking shape. Great work Fj groundworks & construction and we may even have time lapse video of the progress to share in the coming weeks ….

Same floor, different perspective.

The extension that we have recently started in Thorpe Le Soken is making good progress, with the steels for the roof now in place.

Also taking a moment to appreciate the joists, before they get boarded over.

This is going to be an interesting build project.

We are having to build the majority of the house in the area graded off. This will allow the clients to move into the new house, before the existing house is demolished and the garage and utility areas constructed!

Sounds straight forward….

Following another successful planning application by Wright Ruffell Cameron Architectural Design Services, we have recently started the proposed extensions to Willow Green Cottage at Thorpe.

Following the demolition aspect of the job being over, we can make a start on the build, making a century old house into a modern and sharp looking structure

Now for the oversight to go down.

We have recently started a complete refurbishment of the inside of this property – with a 6 week turnaround, so all hands on deck!

Unfortunately it means that this intricate drawing of Pirate will be a thing of the past. The photo doesn’t do it justice as to how big and detailed it is.

We are looking forward to starting the build on this exciting project!

We have recently been appointed to demolish and this property in .



Looking forward to seeing the after images, possible with some progress images along the way.

Taking a moment to admire the view, a view that we helped create by adding in a first floor extension and balcony.

It is always enjoyable when you can visibly see the difference the right design and build can make, although subtle differences are also appreciated.

We have recently finished another replacement dwelling in Point Clear.

By adding in a first floor, this new build has allowed the clients to benefit from the great sea view’s.

It is always interesting to look back at the before photo’s to see the contrast to now.

This 4 bed bungalow has recently been completed in Ardleigh, Colchester – looking forward to the grounds and garden being started / finished as well.
