DETROIT PIZZAS ARE BACK!

Detroit Style Pan Pizza is back on the menu, we offered these around last year for a while, they were super popular but with our small ovens it was kinda awkward.

With the new oven we’ve been able to bring them back, for good hopefully.

If you haven’t tried them, they are a much thicker dough but packed full of air so it’s really light and fluffy. Around the edges you’ll get the characteristic crispy cheese wall that adds a lovely crunchy bite 😍

Just received delivery of this bad boy PizzaMaster, a huge upgrade on our small Effeuno pizza ovens. They’ve battered out 10s of thousands of pizzas over the last 3 years but it’s time for them to head to a new home.

Can’t wait to get going with the new oven, it’ll be a learning curve I’m sure but keep your eyes peeled for some new products landing soon and maybe the Detroits will make a comeback too 😍
