What a gorgeous September day! Feeling very lucky that our noodle production unit is just across the bridge, a few minutes walk away from our street food restaurant… and that’s the view we get to enjoy! 🤩

Summer squash…. We love these colours especially now that the transition from Summer to Autumn 🍂 is coming up… and this dish, inspired by childhood memories of cooking with leftover ingredients. We stuffed these little patty pans with minced chicken, vegetables & chillies and popped them in the oven for 10 minutes. Delicious with steamed rice and a drizzle of our chilli & lime dressing. 🌿🌶️ 🍚

Box of 8 dumplings + Whoosh Chill & Lime Dip. £9.50 per box. ⭐️ They can be ordered ready-to-eat or to take home to heat up when you’re ready to put your feet up and enjoy. Takes 2-3 minutes in an air fryer or under a grill to heat them up! ⭐️ As they are handmade, we only have a limited number of boxes, so do pre-order them!

One of our newest creations… Crispy Pork Belly + Chilli/Lime/Ginger Dip! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. This version here is perfect as a snack, with crispy noodles and ice cold beer! 🌶️🍋‍🟩🫚🌿

Ideally, we would serve this pork belly with a spicy Lao / Thai papaya salad but couldn’t get our hands on green papaya this week so we opted for a super fresh Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dip from Yoyo Laos Sauce 🇱🇦.

Vietnamese Chicken Curry… out of all our curries, this one is definitely in the comfort food category! This is the very first curry that the Chef’s learned to cook as a kid and as a kid growing up in Paris… the best ever thing to do once the curry was cooked, was to run down to the Boulangerie and pick up a freshly baked baguette 🥖 🍛💛. Vietnamese Curry & French baguette, the best combo! Would love to find a baker in the area who could bake us some French baguettes for this dish 😋
