A re fresh if this 5 month balayage , adding some dark and ashy blondes

We toned it down to ashy colour as her hair naturally fades very warm and she has a few holidays coming up so we don’t want any orange hair 😱

You don’t need to go dark but you can add subtle lowlights to break up the bright white blonde and tone it down for winter !

Yesterday we did half head foils and added a really light brown lowlight 🖤

The difference extensions make!! 170g of 20inch extensions added for length and thickness ⭐️⭐️

SWIPE FOR THE BEFORE , we did this hair in 2 parts , first the colour … which we did a full head highlights spaced out with a creamy sandy toner rather than her usually white silver toner . Then we added 170g of beauty works extentions in shade ‘ Scandinavian blonde ‘ and I am obsessed , the brief was a natural summer blonde and we smashed it 😋⭐️

LETS TALK HAIR GROWTH!!

My hair growth in 16/18 months , as a hairdresser I am always changing my hair, it’s long it’s short ⭐️, but after having Penelope I decided it would be easier to take out my 24inch extensions and try to grow my hair , this is my progress so far 😋 .. and these are my top tips

1. I only wash my hair every 6 days as washing your hair too often means you wash out your natural oils and leaves your hair dryer (sometimes grease is good)

2. TWO shampoos, two shampoos means I clean my scalp properly so that I don’t get product build up

3. I use heat only once a week on my hair !!! This is a major one ✌🏼

4. High protein diet 😛 (as your hair is mainly made of protein)

5. I massage my scalp EVERY single night and it encourages growth and stimulates

And lastly …

6. HAIR CUTS!!!!!!!! I get my hair trimmed every 12 weeks without fail 🤍

Adding dimension using different extentions , we decided to keep the under neath slightly darker for some dimension and make the top lighter for summer 💜
