An absolute pleasure revamping this solid mahogany hall console.

Lashings of black and gold with both clear and dark wax finish. Layers and layers of paint, wax and finishing gel have produced a beautiful depth to the top and bottom surfaces....it's like black ice ❄ 🖤

The plan was always to keep it dark and moody and the addition of the nordic design on the drawers pulls this all together.

He's a beaut no doubt and ready for a new home immediately. 🧚‍♂️

Antique sideboard with marble effect top and interior. Classic hand crafted dovetail drawers with chalk paint, wax, decoupage and lashings of gold guilding.

This beauty is steeped in history and needed a little bit of TLC prior to the face lift. I'm proud to announce he's now ready for his new home.

I collected this lovely piece last week from Shotley Bridge. This is very much an evolving project but can't wait for the final reveal.. Not long now 🧚‍♂️

Most of my creations are available on Etsy (TinksTrove UK) and a few on Ebay (Tinks Trove) too.

You can however expect to pay a little bit more, just to cover my fees. On the flip side you are can also opt into an interest free payment plan on these platforms meaning you don't have to pay the full amount upfront.

I always offer a personal regional delivery and only ask that the cost of fuel is covered. I do travel further afield from time to time and can also arrange a courier service.

'Captivating Carabees'

Originally solid mahogany cd units (dividers still intact) this now elegant duo could feature in any room especially the bedroom as bedside cabinets. Tonnes of storage and beautifully crafted originally by Charles Sheraton. Extremely heavy but currently on castors for easy manoeuvrability.

The concept for design was inspired by autumn rain fall in our local woods. A combination of chalk paint, intricate leaf stencilling and wax finish achieved this handsome set. Hope you like them. 🧚‍♂️ 🌳
