Nice little barrelled roof building started yesterday 👍🏻💪🏻🛠️⛓️🔩

Great start to a new project yesterday 🙌🏻 unloaded 3 trailers and erected columns and tie beams and 1st rafter going in this morning. STSS not messing about 💪🏻🛠️⛓️🔩🏗️

The lads are well underway with a Starbucks for repeat client, never seen so many components in such a small building but hey ho the client gets what the client wants. Cold rolled and level and line and job done 💪🏻🏗️🛠️🔩

Phase 2 all up and ready for precast slabs to be installed by others 👍🏻💪🏻🛠🔩🏗🥶 well done to the BTSS lads and we’ll done to SCL fabbies 🙌🏻 can’t wait for the roof steelwork and cold rolled to go up 😬🥴🤔

Our Lillington project for a repeat client coming on nicely 👍🏻 great work by our steel erectors BTSS 💪🏻🛠🔩🏗 more fun to come with the unorthodox er****on of roof structure once precast (by others) has been installed 🤞🏻

New client, new job 👍🏻 35th floor roof top steelwork being made light work by our steel erectors HSC 💪🏻🛠🔩🏗 only takes 8 minutes for steelwork to get from ground to roof 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

And it’s off 🙌🏻💪🏻 lads getting at it, the pressure is on to hit very tight program dates and some restrictions and unorthodox er****on sequences but we love a challenge at SCL.

Final development at industrial and business park on outskirts of Warwick and Leamington will create hundreds of jobs The scheme, which will feature 61 units ranging from 200 sq ft to 500 sq ft, is the final development at Tachbrook Park which was started by AC Lloyd in the early 1980s and is now home to hundreds of companies
