Great morning of football yesterday in the sun 🌞

A friendly against Lillington Juniors FC who hosted the match. Unfortunately it was a loss for the team but the boys played very well, using the time to experiment in different positions throughout the game.

Sunday 14th May - our last league game of the season against Lilington Juniors FC

A great team performance resulting in a win for the team.

Our players of the match this week went to Joshua G and Callum 🏆

Joshua secured his first ever hat trick, and Callum was strong on the ball and demonstrated some great skills and positioning for the team.

We are super proud of the progress that the team have made over the season, some of the players were new to football and each player has grown in confidence and developed skills in various areas. Well done boys 👏🏼

Sunday 7th May a close game against our opponents Christ the King, but resulting in a win for the team.

Well done to Buddy and Jake who were our well deserved players of the week.

Sunday 1st May saw us play a friendly against Bulkington Sports.

Some great performances, especially from our chosen Players of the Match.

Sundays game was a difficult one against a very strong Rugby Borough FC, resulting in a loss for the team.

On Sunday, the team played in the semi finals of the Spring Trophy Cup.

Unfortunately, the team didn't manage to get through to the finals due to a loss against Rugby Borough Colts.

Double award at tonights training session.

Our star of the week went to both Brody and Jake ⭐️

Tonight they made it very difficult to choose between the 2, and both thoroughly deserved the award. Both boys showed great passing skills, team work and always take on board what they are being taught in their training sessions.

What a brilliant way to end the year!

Unfortunately due to poor weather conditions, a few of our usual training sessions and games were called off. But it's safe to say that the team made up for it today with a morning of fun, games and secret santa!

A big thank you to Jane and Adam for the kids selection boxes, to Natalie and Dave for the kids santa hats, and to all of the parents for their support over the past few months.

Tragically last week, Hamza, a from one of our under 14 teams sadly passed away very suddenly.

A disappointing result for us with a 4-1 result to the opposition. However, the effort and drive our boys had on the day was clear to see, and they did themselves proud.
