Great session tonight with a brilliant turn out again. More new faces too.

The tug of war was the icing on the cake.

We have a group walk on Sunday, then do it all again next Monday and Friday.

Tonight’s training is really fun for the kids and has sandbags, hurdles, tyre step ups, team ball skills, sack race bags, mobility and a tug of war!
