Much has been said about AJ over the weekend, it was a tough loss to take, and when you think about the hard work and dedication a boxer puts in for months, all leading up to that 36 minutes in the ring, it's admirable.

Now I'm not saying recruitment is like boxing, but we graft, we sometimes get knocked down, but we always get back up, and when we get that 36 minutes (or hopefully longer) to showcase what we do and why we do it, we know for sure the hard work and dedication is worth it.
