Amtico Spacia recently finished to this new build in rugby.
Customer requested the tiles to be fitted on a 45 degree to give a more modern look.
All the work was carried out over the weekend ready for them to move into the property within four days of them completing on the property.
All left spotless clean and waste removed.
Carpets are going in was they’ve settled in.

All completed over the last week.
A lot of prep work first including a damp proof resin,then a deep coat of screed before final installation yesterday.
We will be returning to do the rest of the house in carpet in a couple of weeks.

We had to use fball damproof resin before we started the screeding.
Resin, 30 mm deep screed to bring hallway to kitchen level,then a full screed to to get the perfect finish.

After a huge amount of prep work to link the new extension to the old part we’ve finally got this kitchen finished.

Lounge,hall and kitchen in our Trendex range of sheet vinyl flooring.
We moved the furniture and the old flooring prior to fitting .
All left as we found it .

Loft Barvarian oak 14 mm engineered flooring complete yesterday.
We even replaced the skirting boards that delivered a week ago so our customer could paint them prior to us fitting them.
Great finish and really made the room look even bigger.

Amtico Spacia with 6ml feature strip completed today.
Our customer has had the same flooring throughout the house some years ago and the new flooring matches perfectly.
For all your flooring needs we do the lot.
Our showroom will be opening at the beginning of august and viewing will be on a appointment bases.

Job completed today that we started preparing the base last week.
A lot of work to get the floor right before laying the luxury vinyl tile, the customers love the finish.

New extension we have just finished preparing for luxury vinyl flooring.
Fball damp proof resin first to protect the new floor,then a part deep fibre screed before fully screeding the whole area ready for fitting in the next couple of days.

Cormar Trinity fitted this week .
A short pile saxony and really hard wearing.
10 ml high density underlay was used to guarantee along wearing lifetime.
Underlay is the most important part of a carpets wearability so high density for stairs is essential.

Another busy week nearly done.
Here’s one from today a guest house room finished with Ambiance Seville luxury vinyl tile flooring.
Old flooring was removed and 9 ml ply and a small amount of
Screed to the bathroom to bring it to the same level.
All completed in a day ready for the next guests arriving tomorrow.
