Took porch roof apart installed new water proof membrane and battons as it didn’t have one and also installed a lead flashing as it was just cemented into the wall before and was leaking into the house 💦 all sorted now thanks to the window gutter & roofing services 👍

New epdm rubber roof installed on Tamworth road the pitch was terrible had water running back on itself on the lower end causing it to leak 💦 so installed rubber roof which will cope with the pitch no problem 👍

Two cracked tiles & the felt had slipped down where it wasn’t put up properly causing a leak so took up first three courses of tiles put in some new waterproof membrane an battons then put tiles back up replacing the two cracked tiles with the two restored ones closest match we could find as you can’t buy these tiles new anymore, all water tight now 💦

Hip tiles pointed in Earlsdon

Roof repair done for 3d property management all water tight now 👍

Few ridge tiles blew of the roof at the Binley mega chippy and also smashed few of the roof tiles up so rebedded in 6 new ridge tiles some pointing work and couple of roof tiles replaced couple of trims replaced on the facia aswell as a clear out of all guttering and reattached downpipe all sorted now 👍

New tiled roof put up above bay window ladies over the moon with the job done 👍
