I often get asked what info to include on invitations and here is what I always suggest…it’s best to avoid ultra long paragraphs and keeping it clear and concise too.

💕 main info…names, date and time, address of venue(s), and clear on whether it’s a daytime or evening invite.
💕guest info - accommodation info/recommendations, taxi suggestions if it’s not a centrally located venue, gift info if applicable
💕 rsvp instructions and date, plus anything else you need from them like menu choices/dietary requirements
💕anything else they particularly need to know - examples might be if the bar shuts at a certain time, or any parking/arrival instructions or driving directions that may not be obvious from postcodes/maps.
