Our Story
I am a positive thinking interior designer from Gawley’s Gate who opened my own business in November 2007 and haven’t looked back. I was born in Persia, came over to England to study in 1975, but was unable to go back home after the 1980 revolution in my homeland. In 1981 I graduated from Chesterfield College of Art and Design in Interior Design. I worked with a number of architects and retailers before deciding to go it alone.
Decorating a room can be a joyful experience, first you need to decide on a concept followed by colours and materials, then you need to source the products and finally find trustworthy decorators to do the job. The whole process can be fraught with problems, and will it really look that good in the end?
Mahvash Interiors take the stress out of interior design with a bespoke and personal service provided uniquely for each client.
