Weights Progression 60:30 class next term from 31/1/22 Tuesday and Thursday at 8pm
Weight Progression trial week starts 6th December and takes you through to January Wp60:30:3 is a strength and conditioning program of 6 weeks based around 5 different exercises for 60 seconds 30 seconds recovery and 3 rounds. Tuesday is All over body and Thursday is Core - great for building stability and a base for normal life or other training you want to do. Please pm for further details
