Posture & Mobility Group (PMG) was created to advance and disseminate knowledge about the posture and wheeled mobility needs of people with disabilities.
PMG organises an annual event encompassing a conference, training, networking and exhibition. Our objectives are to:
•Provide an interdisciplinary forum for continuing education, research, and debate
•Promote the establishment and maintenance of high standards of service delivery
•Assist and support PMG members undertaking research and disseminate results
•Offer advice to rehabilitation profes
PMG would like to thank all the exhibitors at who helped to make the event such a success.
A research team at the Global Disability Hub at UCL are conducting research as part of a masters project:
- to understanding how people repair their wheelchairs and
- to recommend how this system can be improved.

There are various ways that you could be involved with : * Free papers are a 20-minute plenary presentation held in the main conference hall.
* Breakout sessions are presentations/workshops held in smaller breakout rooms, lasting for one hour in total; they run twice on the same day, with a break between sessions.
* Poster exhibition: the posters are displayed within the exhibition hall.
