Two years ago today we opened our lovely studio doors to the public for the first time....

Throughout those two years there has been a lot of laughter, a huge amount of hugs, a few tears, we have build community, friendships, and resilience, we have seen people come and go, learnt a lot, taught a lot and shared a lot in what has become a beautiful safe space...

None of this would be possible without huge support from individuals and the community, from friends and family and from every single wonderful person who has trusted us with their own journey....

Local yoga teachers ....we will be offering a First Aid for Yoga teachers training on Sunday 17th November.

Delivered by MGM Training this is a specially designed course especially for those of us that teach yoga classes.

If you're in East Sussex, do come and join me for a chilled out, calm and quiet space for an hour on a Sunday morning. There will be stuff that looks like yoga plus some music and and poetry for added Sunday morning vibes. The yoga I teach is accessible for any and all bodies.
