We all know that the body, mind and soul take time to heal.

But we can often prevent or prolong this healing if we miss the opportunities that present themselves to us.

The opportunity to properly fuel your body - fill your body with fresh, restorative foods to aid in your physical healing (this will trickle out into the mind and spirit too)

The opportunity to recognise & not ignore generational traumas. The chance to change the narrative.

The opportunity of solitude - being with oneself, acknowledging how you feel and working with that rather than against it.

If you’ve been following me on here or know me in real life you know I’ve been talking about making these for a WHILE now! I have many roles in this universe and some of those roles have been so busy, that these have taken a back seat!

Not anymore! This Sunday 3rd July I will be helping man the stall that have at the festival! I will be selling my first batches of body butters in the scents ‘Calm’ and ‘Solstice’

After Sunday I will be opening up orders but until then if you want to be one of the first come down and see us this Sunday!

For myself and I’m sure many of you 2020 was a year of growth, learning and self discovery. An opportunity arose for me to change life paths, this led me to bodywork & massage.

I am a qualified Holistic & Deep Tissue massage therapist trained through the unique and beautiful Jing Method™ . A combination of eastern and western approaches and techniques, a fusion of worlds.

Through listening touch, fascia work, trigger point therapy and more I will work with you to ease tension and pain. Leaving you relaxed and revitalised, in MIND, BODY & SOUL.
