Hello! I’m hosting a free tote bag printing workshop on Weds 18th Sept, part of this years London Design Festival 🎨 🛍️

You will have the chance to use a range of printing stamps and paints to create your own tote bag to take home 💃🏻

This is an accessible workshop for all and there’s no experience needed 😊 Perfect for individuals, groups of friends or families. Simply drop in between 12.30-6.30pm and get creative!

The project is a community programme offered to local schools to teach children about Croydon's architecture and its history and is part of Stanley Arts Schools Programme. It was funded by Historic England and provides a timeline of how Croydon Borough has developed and explores the unique characteristics of each building. Enjoy!

Hey Croydon! Local charity is celebrating their 7th year with a quiz night on 31st July. There will be food and raffle prizes including a couple of my Croydon art prints. Funds raised from ticket sales go towards supporting children and young people’s mental health and you’ll get a choice of fish & chips or chicken & chips for dinner included 😋

‘Building Croydon’ is a wonderful project I was invited to work on with .uk to help school children learn about the local architecture and its history. The resource provides a timeline of how the borough has developed and explores the unique characteristics of each building.

Not many people know Tooting like Janet. Having lived in Tooting her whole life, Janet has wonderful memories of the area including the tram, the children's films at Granada Cinema (Buzz Bingo) and the Tooting Slipper Baths (now HSBC) - Google it! The area has changed a bit, but many old gems have remained.

Here is Janet with the Tooting print I've drawn. She loved it so much that she bought a few more as gifts for local residents and said, "They were extremely well received, friends just love them!"

Janet is a pillar in the community and has won awards, including Mayor of London Volunteering Award, Crisis Response, and the Civic Award nominee. Tooting is very lucky to have her ❤️ Thank you, Janet! We need more people like you :)
